Why do so few cigarettes have nothing but white cigarette paper surrounding their tobacco rods? If you searched diligently through the tobacconists of the world, you could probably come up with a few products with black or brown cigarette paper and fewer still sporting solid pastel shades, but that would be about it. Why don't our cigarettes drip with color and patterns?
