Qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavor constituents in tobacco and tobacco products using SPME-GC-MS

Tobacco flavor constituents were analyzed with solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass-spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS). A total of 60 constituents were quantified and identified by GC-MS. These included 2,3-pentanedione, pyridine, 2-methyl pyridine, ...
