No. 91 - Determination of 15 PAHs in Tobacco and Tobacco Products by GC-MS/MS or GC-MS

The method is used to quantitatively determine the concentration of 15 polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in tobacco and tobacco products using gas chromatography (GC) connected to a single mass spectrometer (MS) or tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS). The method is applicable to single grades of tobacco, cigarette filler, cigar filler, and smokeless tobacco products.
