Brown spot and black shank have been two serious fungal diseases, resulting in huge losses to tobacco production. Tobacco line Beinhart 1000-1 is resistant against brown spot and black shank and appropriate for the genetics analysis and resistance breeding. In this research, the F1 and F2 populations were constructed from a cross between Beinhart 1000-1 and susceptible varieties, G140 and Xiaohuangjin 1025. The resistance inheritance and genetic mapping was carried out.
