No. 66 - Determination of Nicotine in the Mainstream Smoke of Cigars by Gas Chromatographic Analysis

This Recommended Method is applicable to the determination of nicotine in the mainstream smoke from cigars, generated and collected using a routine analytical smoking machine, by gas chromatography with flame ionization detection (GC-FID).
